Performance review season exposes a system problem: important work is remembered vaguely because it was never recorded. A success log is the running record that replaces reconstruction with evidence.
Each entry captures what you did, what changed as a result, and why it mattered. Tell your AI headquarters what happened in ordinary language and ask it to format the entry. Review it, correct anything that is off, and approve it.
The same log becomes a briefing for a one-to-one, a self-assessment, a CV bullet, or a LinkedIn update. The framing changes; the evidence remains.
Start with one entry from this week. The log grows from there.
