The weekly review you will actually do

A fifteen-minute reset for what happened, what is open, what is coming, and what changed.

The standard weekly review fails because it tries to be comprehensive at the exact moment your energy is lowest. Make it useful instead.

Answer four questions: what did I accomplish, what remains open, what is coming, and what changed that I have not registered? Spend five minutes on each of the three practical sections: what happened, what is open, and what is coming.

Your AI can compare this review with last week, surface patterns you glossed over, and prompt projects you have stopped mentioning.

A consistent imperfect review is worth more than a comprehensive review that happens occasionally.

This is part of the Your AI Chief of Staff series, a practical guide to building a personal operating system for knowledge work.
